I use my lived experience to provide support, advice and teaching in mental health.

As a consultant, I am available for presentations, training and advice, offering particular lived experience expertise in:

~ understanding psychosis
~ hearing voices
~ dissociative identity disorder and other trauma disorders
~ attachment trauma
~ the importance of the therapeutic alliance
~ healing from self-harm
~ the spiritual aspects of mental distress
